What the condo DOESN'T have:
No
heat... but you won't need it... this is Hawaii!!!
No A/C...
if you really love A/C, you might miss it. But the ceiling fans
and cross-ventilation through the condo (ocean breezes!!!) will keep
you cool. Staying at Kuhio Shores is all about being near the
ocean, listening to the surf... so why would you want to close all
the windows???
No washer/dryer in the unit... but there are coin-op
units on all 4 floors... 2 each on floors 1 and 3, 1 each on 2 and
4. There are also soap vending machines. Change available
from the building manager.
No pool on the property... but great
ocean swimming and snorkling
